Recognizing safety skills

It has been important to us from the very beginning to recognize the safety knowledge and skills developed and applied by our workforce. That’s why we implemented a safety rewards program. Employees earn safety points for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and can use those safety points to purchase items from our store.

We also recognize one employee from each trade to receive additional points and a Safety Award at the end of each year in recognition of their commitment to excellence in safety.
