Internships

Each year Mountain Cascade recruits qualified students from a number of the engineering and construction management schools on the west coast. We are on the lookout for young professionals to fill both full time positions and internships. Successful and motivated interns are often offered full time employment with the company.

The goals of our internship program are:

• To develop well-rounded professionals.
• To help interns gain a general knowledge of the industry.
• To train interns to handle numerous construction tasks.
• To help foster strong work ethics.
• To create an enjoyable working environment.
